Warmley Rangers Football Club has developed the following Clubhouse Rules as an element of the club’s commitment to leadership in all aspects of club service and management practices.
The Clubhouse Rules outline our commitment to ensure that our Members and Guests are provided with a safe and enjoyable environment whilst they are on our premises.
Everyone using the clubhouse will either be a Member (Adult), Junior Member (player or sibling) or Guest. Guest(s) must be signed in to the clubhouse register by a Member. The signing member will be responsible for the guest(s) and their behaviour during their time in clubhouse and are expected to enforce the clubhouse rules.
CODE OF CONDUCT FROM PATRONS
All patrons of Warmley Rangers Football Club are required to behave in a manner that is conducive to the enjoyment of the facilities by all patrons while enabling employees to conduct their duties in a lawful manner without intimidation or harassment.
Members are reminded that they represent Warmley Rangers FC at all times whilst in the clubhouse and therefore their behaviour is expected to be of the highest standards setting an example to others.
Members are expected not to litter on or off the premises and to be respectful of our neighbours when leaving club premises and car park. This includes keeping noise to a minimum especially after evening events.
Members are reminded that Warmley Rangers is a children’s football club and therefore are we are subject to the club safeguarding policies. Our Child Welfare officer and all team managers & coaches are responsible for the protection of children during their time with Warmley.
CLUB ENTRY & PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION
It is a requirement of entry to the Clubs Premises that:
Photo ID is the preferred ID source such as a driving license or passport, this is not always possible and on those occasions, the Club employee or security may be satisfied with an alternative ID source, and or require a statutory declaration to be completed, prior to permitting entry.
ALCOHOL
All Alcohol will be consumed on the premises in the bar or patio area.
All adults purchasing alcohol must be club members and are therefore subject to its rules.
Anyone found to be buying alcohol for minors will have the alcohol confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises. Their membership will also be revoked.
Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed around the football pitches.
Any club members involved in an alcohol related dispute will be calmly reminded by club officials of their responsibilities within a youth football club. If clubhouse members are involved in an incident deemed to break club rules (both club, clubhouse & child protection) will be asked to leave the premises. If required, the clubhouse committee will then hold a disciplinary hearing to investigate the matter at a later date and if deemed necessary will apply a two-strike rule.
SMOKING
The clubhouse premises are a non-smoking/vaping area. This will be strictly enforced at all times.
DRESS STANDARDS
The dress standard requirement is based on neat and tidy attire (including proper footwear) with an appropriate level of personal hygiene being adhered to at all times. The level of appropriate attire and standard of personal hygiene will be determined by the Club at its sole discretion. The following are not permitted at any time within the Club.
PERSONS NOT TO ENTER RESERVED AREAS
A Club patron be it a club members or guest may not enter offices, storerooms, kitchen or behind any service counter without specific purpose or authority of a member of the Clubhouse management committee.
ANIMALS
No animals apart from guide dogs are allowed into the Club premises.
RESPONSIBLE HOST PRACTICES
It is every member’s responsibility to prevent crime and disorder on and off the club premises. To minimise the chances of this occurring when the clubhouse is closed the club will ensure the entrance gate is locked and have paid for shutters to protect doors and windows, installed a CCTV and alarm system.
We will prosecute anyone found to be committing crime or disorder.
All Staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and Management will enforce licensing laws to prevent underage drinking and will not supply alcohol to anyone deemed to be drunk.
Management support staff refusing service to any patron who in their opinion, is drunk and or is intending to supply alcohol to any person(s) who have been refused further service.
Drunk patrons in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 must leave the premises immediately upon being advised to do so by Club staff.
